Who We Are
Six Energy is an Australian unlisted public company established to focus on opportunities in the energy sector and is led by an experienced board and management team with:

A proven record of identifying, exploring, financing, developing and operating natural resource assets for the benefit of all stakeholders (both mining and oil and gas).

A variety of skill sets, with considerable experience in both equity and debt funding markets for resource related projects.

Experience in running both listed and unlisted large public companies in Australia, with underlying assets located in various jurisdictions including Australia, North America, Africa and Asia.

History of operating in different regulatory regimes demonstrating an ability to comply with all appropriate regulations including establishing appropriate corporate governance rules, maintaining high environmental standards, creating an effective risk mitigation and management framework as well as setting up appropriate financial controls and reporting systems.
